Built from over ten layers, this work explores the slow erasure of nature beneath human intervention.

The base began with earthy browns and greens, buried under successive coats of cool tones and industrial textures. Joint compound (limestone, gypsum, mica) adds physical dimension, echoing the worn facades of aging concrete.

The surface suggests both natural terrain and architectural decay — a blurred boundary between origin and aftermath. This piece invites contemplation of what lies beneath: the forgotten, the buried, the altered.
